This is a guide by Clean Clothes Campaign translated into Polish and published by KARAT Coalition within the project “Improving Work Conditions of Women Working in Clothing Factories in Poland” . It presents the tips for companies on what actions can be undertaken to assess, implement and verify the labour standards’ observance in their supply chains, and how to eliminate the abuses if they appear. Guide: Well made? by Fair Play in sportswear industry project.
This consumer’s guide was published by KARAT Coalition within the project “Fair Play in sportswear industry”. It presents to the Polish consumers basic problems and concepts related to the working conditions in garment industry in short and concise way. It introduces the problem (e.g complicated and dispersed supply chains and main labour rights violations), explains ideas related to social responsibility of companies (e.g CSR strategies, social audits), encourages consumers to join social campaigns and shows them ways to do so.
