This is a publication by IWRAW Asia-Pacific translated into Russian and published by KARAT within its project “Eastern European and Central Asia Coalition on OP CEDAW”.

This easy-to-use publication seeks to contribute to the ratification process of the Optional Protocol to CEDAW as well as to its effective use at the national level.
