The labour market in Poland is facing the challenge of growing demand for the graduates of vocational schools who are highly qualified in both traditional and advanced technologies. Using the potential of girls by encouraging them to choose professions that are traditionally recognized as masculine is one way to meet this challenge. We need some measures to overcome the barriers that limit the girls’ access to vocational education.  Breaking the barriers in women’s access to non-traditional professions requires a variety of activities.  The Karat Coalition Association and the Institute of Public Affairs are planning a campaign to promote a non-stereotypical approach to the men dominated occupations.

We encourage the companies and institutions interested in promoting women and girls in non-traditional jobs to contact us.
